Hello I am wondering on other peoples experince after claim is referred to IRB

How long are you expecting a hearing if you filed your claim very recently and it was only referred to IRB very recently

Will the first hearing ALWAYS be postponed? I am asking because I want to get a lawyer for hearing, if it is in 60 days have to plan fast but if it will be postponed I can get enough time to save some money for hearing

Legal Aid says while my claim is good and credible I do not financially qualify because they believe my parents can pay for my lawyer which they cant but oh well.
