I have work experience of 9 Years in three companies [IT India]. I am not aware of a way to procure reference letters with Roles and Responsibilities on the company letter head. HR's do not entertain such request as far as I know. [I haven't tried emailing though]
My current company Infosys also, does not have any proper channel for such requests. As per my discussion with my colleagues, company does not entertain such requests.
As a result, I have prepared roles and resp document and got them notarized from my leads/seniors. Will this work?
