Reference letter..

Hello Folks,

I am in process of getting my reference letter from my company. I have worked in three different countries and in two designations with same roles & responsibilities.

Questions: Can i copy paste same roles & responsibilities when i am showing multiple location & designation or we need to deviate it a bit so that it doesn't look like copy paste?

Thanks, so what should i do? Can i use duties with little different wordings? May be for one position i can have 5 duties and for other 6-7 duties. Even though all these duties aligns to same NOC

I was thinking if i vary the job duties a lot between designation; visa officer might think that its for two different NOC which is not the case..

Just describe what you do. If you have chosen the correct NOC then your duties will match anyway.

For example, I have 2174 NOC as software developer and it says "should write code"
But in my reference letter I said.. "Implement features in a mobile application and provide clean and modular code to support multiple platform"
So I just mentioned what I did, and still satisfies the NOC requirement. Hope you got it.

So dont make things complicated, just write what you do in your own wordings.

If someone works for two employers under 1 noc and performs same roles/responsibilities then can these two letters have same roles/responsibilities?
