I am preparing my reference letter as an equity analyst and I have worked with 4 companies. Please let know whether I can write same job duties for all companies or I have to change the content and language. Please reply.

Personal opinion: I think it's better to change. It will be too fishy if it's exactly the same wording everywhere. Also if you worked with one company for 3 years no need to get reference letters for the others, move them to personal history
