I have a dilemma here, I have my reference letter (it's not named reference letter but position description), it contains everything required from job duties to salary, but the problem is that my salary is actually quite different from the one in the reference letter (20 % difference, sometimes 40 to 80%), my letter does not contain bonuses should I go ahead anyway and upload my payslips ?
shouldn't be an issue. i think the payslips would cause a discrepancy in this case. why is there such a difference? are you paid differently per month?

Mainly because of on-call duties and performance bonuses occurring once in 3 months, theses can add a relatively considerable amount to the base salary, as said it can be 20% to 40% difference, also my payslips are not stamped which adds a bit to the misery, I am really puzzled by this.
The corporation employing me is a multinational company present in 18 different countries I don't know if it is enough to convince the visa officer that my letter is legit.
My fear is that later on the visa officer requests me with the payslips only to discover the differences.
