Please help me with below query:
I have 4 past employments A - 9 months, B-7 months, C-13 months, D- 8 months(Current company is D)
Time gap between emp - A to B - 6 days,B to C - 26 days, C to D - almost 2 years and 9 months due to higher studies i(masters)
I have received all reference letters from all my organisation, company C alone has given me a reference letter with generic roles and responsibilities which is slightly mismatching NOC 1311
1.Can anyone tell me if the below Job duties matches NOC 1311(relating to company C)
2.Also, will CIC consider company A+B+D experience for NOC 1311 or they will check for continuous employment of one year which is ultimately C
• Key area of work is audit & approval of invoices. Audit for the quality of accounting, audit for cost - matching the budget by comparing with vendor agreements etc.
• Into Accounts Payable – Procure to Pay
• Invoice Audit and approval of our own group of companies & agencies
• Reporting of variances on invoices with approved budgets as mentioned by HO
• Daily reports on rejected invoices and cost savings to the organization
• Analyzing wrong and duplicate invoices and getting back to the agency for reversal
• Handling Daily, Weekly, Monthly meetings to ensure smooth work flow across the team and preparation of Monthly Minutes Of Meeting and follow ups on unreconciled items on regular basis
• preparation of KPI reports to the management and attending monthly performance meetings
• Educating Accounting team on right expense nature to be classified on each invoice to depict correct classification of expenditure
• Cost Control process transitioned for one of our own agency to Shared Service Center - Onsite Transition of Indonesian Cost control to Shared service center, India
