Reference Letter from Wipro Technologies

I am trying to reach out to my former employer, Wipro Technologies, as I am need of the reference letter for Canada PR, however none of the below emails are working. I am getting access denied error message.

settlements.wividus@wipro.com
finalsettlement.hrss@wipro.com

Could someone pls share the right email address and confirm whether they were able to get the reference letter from Wipro?

I tried the same but no replies from them. I would suggest using alumni.wipro.com portal for requesting. Although they are not giving the letter but you would receive an reply that it's not in their policy.
