I am working as pharmacist and my Immigration to canada is on process. Is it really required to have a reference letter from my former employer for applying PR or just an experience letter in the company letter head is sufficient for applying PR??? I have already got the reference letter in Canadian format from my current employer. But is it necessary to have it from the former employer too ?
