Hi!!

As I am applying from outside Canada and Latvia a the former USSR state CIC requires the reference letter from former employer if it is not enclosed already in a Workbook. What should it mention?

And do I need such thing from other countries I lived and worked in? Cause they do not have the Workbook system.
