I am in the process of gathering info from the employer. How important is to have the job description in the reference letter or the job title is sufficient? I have recently received letter from EY stating my job title is Audit Executive but refused to provide details since this is prepared by shared services Team giving reason that it is not their procedures to provide more details.
Job duties is must..if ur company not giving it then get it in writing through official email or on letter head that its not company policy..attach an affidavit by ur colleague defining ur job duties that matches with ur noc..provide his business card, contact details that will be fine..in worst case u can provide self sworn affidavit for urjob duties but its risky
