I am applying for oinp and in the mandatory documents reference letter from company is mandatory. I have worked with my 1st company from 13th July 2016 to 25th July 2019. I have received a service certificate from my employer which states the duration of my work and my designation. Can this letter suffice the requirement of the reference letter or do i need to get the reference letter seperately.
