Hi folks, I've been invited under FSW program via EE.
In the reference letter, do we need to include education too?
Also, under "Proof of Means of Financial Support," An employment letter is listed as part of requirement along with my bank statements and tax reports. What does the employment letter should say? and what does it mean by bank statement and TAX reports here?
Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
Thank you.
One more to add - do employers need to include NOC code in the reference letter?
Thanks,
Employers don't need to add NOC code. Just make sure that the wording of the job description is similar to the description of that NOC code. The job letter should have description of duties, start and end dates, salary, and number of hours worked per week.
Are you asking if the education required for the job is to be listed? CIC asked for your degrees/diplomas certificates under another section.
Your proof of funds is a different section that doesn't have much to do with your job letter but it's good to see the link between salary and savings or investments.
Bank/investment statement showing funds is what you require. I don't know much about the tax reports.

Hi All,
i need to ask a question, if someone had worked for 11 month-10 days with 48 Hrs/Week full time, Could it be considered to equivalent of 1 year as per the standards of CIC.? does it fulfill the requirements of FSW Program requirements.?
Kind regards.

No. 52 weeks/12 months/1 year is required to be considered 1 year of work experience and the minimum number of working hours has to be 1560. More working hours than this won't count as more than 1 year. Less working hours than this will count as less than 1 year.
Ae tax returns required in documentation? My salary does not fall into any tax slab, and I have never filed income tax returns. Would it be a problem?

Yes T4 is required. But I think you should be more worried about tax evasion...

Is there any solution for this problem?
I live and work outside Canada.

If all your experience is outside Canada, it doesn't matter. CIC won't ask you to submit tax forms.

That is good for me because I have never worked in Canada.
Thank you again, Asivad Anac!

Unfortunately this will be a problem. As all legitimate work is taxed. You will need to show you tax forms for your job. Even if not in Canada.

As all legitimate work is taxed. True.
You will need to show you tax forms for your job. Partially True. CIC may ask for T4, NOAs for Canadian experience.
Even if not in Canada. Not True.
