Reference letter date issue

Hello I got ita in the last draw. I have a job reference letter ready but it is dated of 4 April 2018 i.e. 3 months old. I have mentioned 2 years experience and I completed my 2 years on 6 feb 2018. Should it be ok or I need to explain in Loe?

If its in the required format and fulfilling all requirements then it should be good.

I have one more question. I have included the travel history that spanned over 2 passports in last 10 years.

Do I need to make one file that has.
1) bio page and visa/stamped pages of recent plus expired

2) bio page and visa/stamped pages of recent only

had one. made one PDF file with two intermediary pages with "titles" current passport expired passports. because my new passport had nothing on it basically

I had a 4 year old reference letter with all job duties and salary listed, it worked for me.
