Plz help me!!! I am already in Canada. I want reference letter from my previous company in India which is closed now, to get points for PR application. However, I managed to get in touch with my colleague who can provide me the reference letter but the problem is, he is in Kenya and working with different company. Any suggestions is highly appreciated... Especially the notary process, neither of the interested parties are in the same place.
