My wife works with Reliance Industries Ltd. In her 2 years there, she has been shifted internally within their daughter companies and has been issued offer letters accordingly.

She has resigned now and while she will be issued a relieving letter under a single company letter head rather than the different daughter org letter heads but her IT returns are under those org names.

Will this cause a confusion to the assessing body? I want to be safe rather than sorry with this.
