Hi All,

I entered US in Aug 2024 on H1b on Canadian passport and came back after a week while I was figuring out visa for my spouse to make the final move. Now, my spouse got TN visa and we are planning to move back to US, but for first 2-3 months I will be travelling until I sort accommodation etc. During this time on Canada, I was working for the same company in Canada with Canadian salary. My question is will there be any issue at POE or what kind of questions can I expect as I will be reentring US after a gap of 6 months from my stamped h1b.
Has anyone been in similar situation?
Please guide.
