Red seal or work permit

Hi sir,
I have experienced of millwright in Kuwait, my company had gave promotion millwright with operation technician, but my experience certificate wrote only operation technician, my company not accept write the millwright ,I try to red seal exam but they were told me need millwright related experience need, I need write examination or try for canada work permit ,what I will do, I am very stressed, this position which one way trying best
