To CapriRaj,
Congrats to u for receiving PPR. i suggest u ask ur brother to comedown to india (from Germ.) and collect ur PP and give him a Authorization Letter (or affidavit) to submit the PP.
I just want to know that CHC London asked you to submit “Updated Information Chart”. what is that? can u tell me the content of that chart.
Regards.
It is in the form of Table so please arrange it accordingly, thanks for your wishes.

Congrats Raj

Hey Capriraj;
I read on one of the posts But I'm not sure which country, that since they couldn't send their passports by mail, they have actually contacted their visa office and explained the situation to them , and any way the visa office knows it's not legal to send passports out of India, so they told them to send a copy of their visas and all the documents that they needed, and once the visa was ready they sent it to the embassy in that country where the applicant needed to go in person to submit their passports and get it stamped there. So my advise would be send an e-mail immediately to London explaining the matter to them and letting them know that you won't be able to come in person to LOndon, and if there is any other way you can get the passports stamped. Let me know the outcome. GOOD LUCK!!

Indian govt. has banned sending passports out if India by courier services. If you are in some other country e.g. U.A.E. you can send your passports to London by govt. courier agency Empost. London CHC will send them back through their embassy in Abu Dhabi.
You can ask CHC, London about alternative means of getting visa but as you know they are too slow in responding.
thanks raj,
Good Luck.

Hi Cpiraj, first of all, congrats for receiving PPR. I believe that an applicant in the past had sent his passports from India through a courier service, he spoke to couple of courier companies who refused but one accepted and that's how he got his passports back in India with stamped PR on them. Although it can be a little risky or you can email CHC London about it, explain the situation, they might work out the way around it.

congratulation brother
could you pleas share your time line .

Wrong, it is up to the applicant to get his/her passport to the processing office. The only office that will make arrangements is London, for Pakistan skilled worker applicants that are processed in London.

Write to London ASAP about it asking for advice on how to proceed on this matter. An official advise is the best option while you consider other ways of sending your passports for stamping. Good luck.
