Recruitment process questions for BC PNP tech pilot

Hello,

I'm currently looking at BC's tech pilot stream. I have all my requirements ready but I still have to assist my prospective employer to do the recruitment process. With this, I have the following questions:

1) Where should she post the job ad that? We are looking at Job bank and Indeed but are there more sites that's free and easy to use?

2) Should she interview all applicants? Will Canada scrutinize the recruitment process it it is under the tech pilot stream?
