Hi everyone, I graduated from a college in Legal Assistant Program in 2021, and then I applied for my PGWP, now I have worked for my employer under the title of "legal assistant" for over a year. My question is, in this situation, will BCPNP consider the recruitment efforts have been met according to BCPNP guidlines "you have a valid work permit and/or employment authorization and are currently working full-time for your supporting employer in B.C. in the occupation identified in the job offer"?

Yes I have a valid PGWP and has been working for my employer for 13 months, so I do not have to worry about it, right?
And they sent an email, "A preliminary assessment of the above-captioned application has been initiated. In order to proceed further, the following item(s) must be provided and/or addressed: " and I already provided the info they need, may I ask if you know how long will it take to get the result? Like, anytime?
Just for anyone else who has the same concern, that if you are working under a PGWP, there is no necessary for the evidence of recruitment efforts from the employer. I got approved yesterday.
