I withdrew the EE profile and creating new one. I haven’t get ITA. What should I enter for the question “Have you applied for a immigration, refugees and citizenship in Canada before?”
I guess your answer should be NO (referring to a withdrawn application with nell formal processing)
Only consider applications that have been processed and you paid for. Could be student, visitor etc... visa.
