My PR was refused and I sent evidence and a letter to ask for reconsideration.
I have already started to plan to leave Canada at the end of March, even sold my car today, and now I saw that my application went back to IN PROCESS in ECAS.
Am I allowed to leave Canada while my reconsideration is in process?
