Recommended Pass since January

Hey, everyone!

I just got my GCMS notes and I saw that I've got a RECOMMEND PASSED on January 19th (AOR Oct 5th, 2018). It's been like this since then... criminality and security not even started. Is this common? Is there anything else I could do to understand why my case is laying there for so long?

What Visa office is your file lying in?

while a wait so long as this might not be normal, but eligibility can be recommended pass before other things are started.

The office is CPC-Ottawa!
I've called a few times and all they say is that 'everything is ok with my case', but it's almost 8 months since AOR.

have you tried getting GCMS notes. Do they shed any more light?

If you are inland, maybe you can contact your local MP?
