Recieved PR Confirmation Portal while Traveling Outside for Work

Recieved PR Confirmation Email this morning (04/13). I'm currently due to travel to the US and return in a few days. Can I start this confirmation process in a few days or will I face issues returning to the country?

Doesn’t your portal email ask you if you are outside the country and if yes when you return? Just answer based on that it shouldn’t be a problem.

It does, and I will do that if I cannot just come back on Sunday and reply. Will there be an issue getting on a flight and returning? I have a valid visa and work permit till 2024. Is there a deadline to reply to this email by? Can I just say I didn't see this email and try entering on Sunday?

You won’t have issues returning with a valid visa. My email did mention to reply within 7 days not sure about yours, but Sunday should be within that window anyway.
