Recieved CEC ITA but husband status is deporte now for not his fault

Hi all,
I got ITA invite for pr but it is asking for my husband details like refugee claim and all , actually his refugee claim got rejected and there was no update for 3 months and he voluntarily left the country contacting the officers in airport still got deported as he left after some days of rejection date which is not his fault as the officers didn't provide any info abt his start date etc , now just wondering if my husband details will affect my application to pr , can someone plz let me know if it's an issue for my pr application

For issues like this, it's better to consult an RCIC.

In my humble opinion, we have to disclose everything honestly. You can write a detailed letter of explanation for this case.
