Recieved Biometric letter for my mother but not my father and middle name missing!

Hello, currently I am facing two issues. First, my mother's biometric letter came the day after our visitor visa application submission. But it's been a week there's still no update on my father's. We had done a group application. Secondly, the bigger issue, is my mother's middle name is missing from the biometric letter. We realized we made this mistake once we got the letter. Now I have sent webforms but time is also running out (30-day window for biometric submission!), so I am worried about what our next steps should be.
