Hello, does any one knows that the time of arrival in Canada's airport is important for receiving study permit in airport?
I mean should I receive in work days and between 8AM to 4 PM?
 
Doesn't matter. You can arrive anytime.

There is no timings for new immigrants arrivals. Its open for traveller 24x7, 7 days a week. So you can plan to reach anytime.
