Hi guys. I am a UNHCR refugee and has been referred to Canada to resettle and i had my interview with embassy and has done medical exams and they took my passport in interview day and I was told they need to get my security check first and then issuing visa, but now i received a pre-arrival free services letter by email from CIC.
