I created my EE profile with French and English test results on 20 Novembre 2017. Two days ago, I updated my profile with new french test results that were much better. As my new French result would earn me more points, I chose it as first official language and when I submitted the update my profile was found ineligible. I presume this is a technical error as the new French result can only improve my overall CRS points. Surprisingly enough, I received an email today norifying me of an update on my profile, however, the message doesn't show on my profile as it has been found ineligible. Has anyone faced a similar issue?
I know that there as anew EE draw yesterday (23 may ) and I am sure that with French set as first language, my CRS points should be above the 440 cut-off of this draw.
