Receiving COPR for dependant child

Hi! I submitted my application in March while I was expecting my first child and therefore preferred not to perform X-ray. Please note that I am the primary applicant whereby my husband is a dependent who completed his medical test on due time. Now that I have delivered my child in June, I have added him as a dependent, completed my medical test and his too. As per the status of my profile, I and my husband got our medical passed while my child's one awaits. Given these circumstances, will all three of us get copr at the same time? I will really appreciate your kind getting back on this.
