Hello,

My Canada PR which I applied from Germany, has been approved and have received a one-time entry visa which is valid till Jan 6th 2020. I have to go to Canada before this date to complete the remaining process at the port of entry, to receive my original PR card. I am planning to give the address of a friend or relative in Canada, to whom the card will be sent.
Is it now possible for the friend/relative to send the PR card to my address in Germany through DHL or Fedex, once they receive the card from IRCC???

Thanks a lot in advance.

Yes, they can. DHL and FedEX are safe courier services. Ship the PR card by wrapping it in a paper, so that it looks like a document, don't tell DHL or Fedex that it is a PR card, otherwise, they will not ship it, if they ask what you are shipping, you can just tell them they are documents.

Or, you can travel to Canada on a PRTD, once you are back in Germany and get your PR card fromy our friends/relative when you go to Canada, again.
