Received Visa but did not receive Letter of Introduction

I'm moving to Canada on a study visa. I received my Canadian Visa (visa stamped on passport). However, I did not get a Letter of Explanation with my package. I checked my CIC profile and didn't find it. I've been unable to contact a CIC person. None of the numbers work.
I'm a citizen of a country that requires a TRV (i guess that's the visa on my passport), and I'm currently living in the U.S (non US citizen).

Please let me know, if I could enter Canada without a Letter of Explanation?

You got your TVR in your passport. Your SP will be issued to you at POE. Have your letter of acceptance from the university and proof of tution payment (for the first semester) with you and you should be fine.
