Need urgent advice

I have applied for post graduation work permit on Jan 12 2024 but there is no update until march 11 so I decided to proceed for flag poling and got my work permit at the border and I have raised a web form to cancel my online application and got acknowledgment but all of a sudden got the work permit again with a different date on march 14 for the online application.

what to do in this case having two pgwp’s at the same time with different dates.
I have already applied for trv with the work permit that I got at the border
