Hi,

My friend received his study visa after resumption deadline for the fall (because it took so long for his medical to be updated). The school is saying they do not have winter intake (January 2024) for his program. Would he need to apply for a new study permit or just send a webform to IRCC with new acceptance letter for next fall (September 2024?) Thanks

Assuming the SP date of expiry is after Sep 2024 then only need to advise IRCC if it is still the same DLI.
