Received request for additional documents however there is no section to upload

Hello,

I received a request to submit additional documents on November 16, 2017 with a deadline of November 22, 2017, however, the section to upload the documents is not available.

I have tried reporting the technical issue and submitting a Web form, I also the tweeted the same to @CitImmCanada. Is there anything else I need to do before the deadline?

For reference, following are the requested documents:
> Height & eye color: Height and eye color details.
> Passport/Travel Document: Copy of passport biopage.

Yes. I have already filled the web form as mentioned in @CitImmCanada's tweet. I hope this will do. The only thing worrying me is the deadline.
