I received a letter stating my copr is approved and another letter which says that we cannot process the application since the photos are not right. They have stated "Here are the instructions for right photos when I am ready to submit them."
I also haven't received any copr with photo or visa on my passport. From my internet search copr looks different then what I have received.
I had resent my photos to Canada immigration office for copr approval after their first request but due to covid they have lost the photos. After keeping my passport for three months, they sent it back with this.
What should I understand from this? Is my copr approved? how do I resend my photos?
I received the same letter. i did submit a web form for further steps as the first letter asks to submit a web form is Copr and visa are provided if we need them
I have a question about resending the photos.how did they notify you about photographs being the wrong size the first time ?

Two things.1. You can send a web form asking for update/ next steps. 2. You can resend upire passport with photos to the Visa office. However I'll advjce that you do #1 and not #2 at this time for fear of your passport going missing.

I got a reply to my web form and all I got was the link to photo specifications. No instructions on further steps. Did you hear anything back ?
