Hi,

I did landing in August 2018 and then I did not received my PR card till December. Then I requested for issuing of new card by sending the Solemn Declaration. And somehow it's been over 1.5 months and I did not received the new one either.
Now suddenly today on 31st Jan I received the card issued to me in Oct-18 (basically the old card issued immediately after landing). Now I have to travel soon. So can I use the card what I received or shall I still wait for new one and if not received then take the PRTD to come back.
