I have sent my application on May 09th, 2022. received a notification email on June 14th as follow:
"Dear Client,
Thank you for submitting your application for a grant of Canadian citizenship. Your application was created in our system on May 31, 2022 and is currently in progress."
But there is no AOR!! I wonder if this is normal and how long does it take to receive the AOR.

I have contacted them through the web form on June 28 but no response so far, I got en email though saying that we’re experiencing high volume of requests and will come back to you later… etc
