I just received passport request for my mother visa, her passport validity is 15 April 2023. I was planning to renew her passport for 10 years before sending for stamp, should I send the passport with her existing validity or renewal would be better so she can get maximum Visa. Waiting for suggestions.

It's your choice. If you send the passport she has now, the visa issued will only be valid until April 2023. After that, you will need to apply for a new visa from scratch.
Thanks Scylla, but what I heard If you renew your passport regardless your old passport were used in application. Visa will stamp in new passport with maximum validity. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated.
