Hi All - On December 14th I received a letter from IRCC that my application process is complete and hence ready for visa. I had 1 month to send my passport along with all dependents' passports. I sent all the necessary documents/passports in January via Fedex and as instructed, also sent a return shipping label. The package was received by CPCO on January 13th 2021.

Its been over 1 month since I sent the docs to the following address and I have not heard back yet, or received my passports. This is making me very nervous as I do not have a way to know further details. I sent my query via the IRCC webform 2 weeks ago. Still no response. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
