Hi everyone,
My wife had applied for an inland spousal class application back in July. In the Application, we added a letter of explanation saying that we didn't have copies of the Japanese Police Certificate but we had proactively started to request for it, I even sent them copies of the finger print scans as proof.
We figured it may be best to expedite the certificate before they officially request it from us.
We've recently received her police certificate in an envelope saying do not open. Should we send the whole envelope with the police cert to IRCC? Or should we wait until we get their official request? We're July applicants so we're not sure how long it'll take before they get to ours and send the official request ... I think this certificate has an expiry of 6 months...
