I have received ITA for my EE application and I am in the process of collecting documents for the same. My wife has 3.5 years of experience in India. The issue I am facing is, she does not have a reference letter from her Indian employers ( she was employed at 2 employers in 3.5 years) which has "job duties" mentioned. The only thing mentioned is the title. I collected documents which indicate her start end date, full time nature of the job.
Is the letter with "job duties" absolutely necessary ?
