received ITA for CEC & also applied under public policy ( WHAT SHOULD I ANSWER WHERE IT ASK FOR PREVIOUS PR APPLICATION)

if i applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before

"considering i applied for PR under new public policy international graduate stream and i haven't received any AOR from them yet. Shall i answer "yes" or "no"

Yeah. But then it asks for PR APPLICATION NUMBER- Which i dont have !

I understand, but i do need to visit india in january. So really want PR by the end of december.

There is No way for you to receive your PR in December 2021. Even for CEC it is taking 8-12 months right now and the new PR pathway will take way longer.

No idea what you should put. Do you have an application number?
