I received an ITA. However, I am worried that I might not be qualifying for it due to working remotely out of the country for 3 months and 23 days within the 2 years of canadian experience that I got points for.
The reason for my visit was due to my girlfriend's funeral. However, I was being paid and working just normally. I worked from home anyways.
Would I still qualify for 2 years of points that I got? I have been working since January 25th, 2022. Or, should I decline the ITA and wait more?

The 3 months and 23 days need to be claimed as foreign work experience and not Canadian work experience. Do you still have 2 years of Canadian work experience without the 3 months and 23 days? If not, decline ITA and correct your EE profile.
No, I don't. So, I should be waiting for 4 months in addition to my start day right ?
I had also worked for another company abroad for 8 months as a software engineer. Would these 4 months get added to those 8 months, making it 12 months by any chance ? I hadn't mentioned it in my EE profile due to it being less than a year of foreign experience and not giving any points.
