I am looking for some sort of guidance in this matter as I couldn't find any resources online that answers my question. I have received a departure order mid April asking me to leave Canada, they have attached a voluntary departure form that I have to hand over to the CBSA officer, the problem is that my passport had expired 2 years ago. Would I be able to leave Canada back to my home country with an expired passport if I have the departure form with me? Indian passport service here in Canada would not renew my passport when I dont have a valid status in Canada, do any one have any suggestions in this matter ?? Thanks in advance.
