I finally received COPR today for myself and my spouse.
My son was born on June, here in Canada, and we sent birth certificate on early July to immigration office.
And then we received our COPR (we are from visa exempt country) about 2 weeks later.
But I don't see my son's name any where in COPR documents. Is it because he is a Canadian citizen automatically and does not need to be included in this document?
Any one with same story, please share your experience.
Thank you!
your son is canadian citizen by birth he does not need a PR hence he is not issued a COPR or mentioned in yours.
you can apply for your son's canadian passport using the birth certificate.
www.passport.gc.ca you can find informations about how to apply for passport in this site.

Hi there, I did not send my passoport since i am from visa exempt country. I did send birth certificate for my baby which actually was holding the process. And from that point it took me 2 weeks till I receive my copr via mail.
