Hi All,

Finally! I have received COPR for my minor child who is already inside canada.
I tried to book appointment inside Canada to complete his landing process but IRCC mentioned if applicant doesnt have a valid permit they cannot have an interview inside Canada.

So now the only option is to exit canada and re-enter via US border with following docs

1- COPR papers
2- Passport
3- Bank statement for PoF

My Question is: Since my child is Out Of Status and has visa exempt passport, is there going to be any challenge for him in returning back to Canada?

If God forbid they wont let him in...as a parent it will be very difficult for us to handle this situation
What will be our options than?

Any advised will be greatly appreciated

What's OOO?

And no, your child will not have any issue coming back to Canada unless they believe that you lied in the form. Even then, they will let him in - they won't just kick a young child out of the country and leave him/her stranded.

You will be given a chance to enter and then they will deal with it in whatever way necessary.

So yeah, unless there's a reason to worry (is there anything not honest in his application), you shouldn't worry at all.

Sorry I meant OOS = Out of Status
So you think even with OOS it is still fine to re-enter?

You say they have a valid CoPR and a valid passport. You will be fine.
