can anyone please suggest me way forward as yesterday i received my old application check (i requested CHC and CIO to withdraw my application last month so that i apply with new process).
the only confusion is that i have not received any letter with that check saying any reason for return of check or should i consider this is coz of my withdraw request.
should i make copy of check to use it in my new application telling them i have withdrawn old one.
i will be putting new application soon so help would be really appreciated.
any suggestion/advice to take care of for putting new application?
Just apply normally as a new one. Disregard the old application as you withdrew your initial application. Just deposit it to your account then go on and make your new application.

however i have to mention my old application file number as they require this information in one of application forms.
do you think i have to include any cover letter with this telling reason of new application or just mention old application number and thats it.
