I'm from Kenya so sent an email to Nairobi embassy, where I applied from. Look for the contacts of the embassy where you applied through online then send them a direct email

I mean is my query noted or is it an automated reply? I am confused.
File number Final Approval is the subject that I used for my mail and I got reply with the above subject as confirmation as well as suspicious message.
But the reply I got is from the embassy and it is ............@international.gc.ca.

Can you tell me if my email is considered or do I need to call them or send a web form?
