There are multiple steps between biometrics and getting PPR. Have you done a medical yet? Passed all the background checks?

Yes i can see my visa number on tracker and got BVL on 15 may 2023 still waiting for PPR

I haven't seen such case on this forum at least where a person has been refused study permit after they saw the numbers and expiry date in the tracker.
